- approaches and techniques for managing conflict
|Effective Communication Skills » Conflict Management|
It is true that two opposing objects like a positive and negative charge in science attract, but not always in a desirable way. Namely people with different thoughts and stances. When us Earthlings have a different opinion about a subject, we act stubborn and ignorant by only worrying about ourselves. Arguments, bitterness, and fighting result from the unwillingness and poor communication of both groups to accept each other and solve the problem at hand. The bigger the difference existing between the two objects, the more amplified the clash becomes.
Unless you are after a bit of verbal entertainment to spruce up your day, I suggest reading the following articles about approaches and techniques for managing conflict.
