My boss is always right no matter what. He seems to change the goalposts to suit him. I find that the harder I try to do things by the correct proceedure he always comes back saying your not doing your job properly. He is one of these people that likes to be heard and doesnt listen. I have got to the stage now that I have to write everything down that he askes me to do so that I have the proof of him telling me to do something. My boss even refuses to talk to me. He expresses a lot of agression, uses intimidation techniques, but does not say what is wrong, even when I ask. I tried everything to establish good communication, but the situation is not getting better. :sad:
